Improved documentation

This PR is based on Go's standard directory structure docs and aims to add more information about this project. At this moment, it's only a starting point for thunder's docs and requires many changes.

What is done:

• Add docs to docs directory
• Add a more in depth example
• Add some suggested conventions
• Add some recipes for common tasks

To be done:

• Define standards
• Define future improvements
