Added support for new preferences. These can be included in the Defaults section of the preferences file.
- DisplayNumbers allows the rackspace/song numbers to be hidden e.g.
DisplayNumbers = false - TextColor will use the specified color value for all rackspace/variation and song/part button names e.g.
TextColor = FFFFFFFF - FixedHeight will force the rackspace/variation and song/part buttons to remain at a fixed height while the window is resized. The allowed range is 40-100 e.g.
FixedHeight = 50
