CLI should stop after consuming Google Photos storage #248

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you try to upload a big amount of images is possible you consume all your storage quota. When it happens, image processing should be stopped.

error while trying to create this media item, err=error creating media items: err=googleapi: Error 400: The remaining storage in the user's account is not enough to perform this operation., badRequest

Describe the solution you'd like
The CLI should stop processing images and show this error to the user.
