Allow multiline headers in gr.Dataframe

Description

Allows multiple lines in headers using /n or with a Python triple quoted strings:

headers = [
    "Dataset A\nAccuracy",  # First line: "Dataset A", Second line: "Accuracy"
    "Dataset B\nPrecision", 
    "Dataset C\nRecall"
]

headers = [
    """Dataset A
Accuracy""",
    """Dataset B
Precision""",
    """Dataset C
Recall"""
]
