Upload to Grafana Plugin Repository

Hi there,

I believe finally starting to plan to upload this plugin to the Grafana Plugin Repository [1] would make sense, right?

While the way into the future will probably be the new Grafana Geomap Panel (see #108, thanks a stack @ryantxu!), it might still take a while to regain all the core features of the original Worldmap panel and the improvements made on top here.

So, I propose to rename this to panodata-map-panel (I believe the grafana- prefix is reserved by Grafana Labs already) and push it through the process of submitting it to https://github.com/grafana/grafana-plugin-repository.
