Add various browser module changes

What?

Listing PRs in v0.49.0 release notes for:

• Panic: Unexpected end of JSON input xk6-browser#987
• elementHandle.isVisible should return straight away even if the selector was not found xk6-browser#981
• Match Dblclick with Playwright's behavior xk6-browser#469

Why?
