Change all unordered lists in the Loki technical documentation from * to *-.

Example:

* One
* Two

Becomes:

- One
- Two

Why is this needed:

For consistency and to avoid confusion when the first word of the list item is formatted bold.

Olá, você precisa que todos os "" estejam " -" na documentação README.md do projeto?

Yes, both there and the docs folder.

OK, but in this docs folder there is nothing in readme.md, would you like it to be written?

If you open docs > sources, you'll see quite a bit of content. https://github.com/grafana/loki/tree/master/docs/sources
