CartoDB map licensing

Hi,

Currently having a bit of an internal review of licensing of various bits and pieces, and spotted usage of the CartoDB maps here - just wanted to air a concern about possible licensing issues with using this plugin in commercial environments:

The following is taken from https://github.com/CartoDB/basemap-styles - assuming the tiles are being used under these terms?

Limitations: free usage for up to 75,000 mapviews per month, none-commercial services only. For bigger usage and other cases contact CARTO sales for enterprise service key.

For plenty of users, this presumably isn't an issue, but if you're running Grafana for commercial display or monitoring, would this not place the person hosting in an iffy situation?

If so, could we potentially get a quick note on the front page, just to clarify for users?

(#163 might help alleviate this - I'm aware there are also references to hooking up custom mapservers elsewhere)
