One thing i advise it to deploy to one device at a time. When multiple devices are connected to the PC Visual Studio sometimes says that program has been deployed but you can't be sure to which device. Having only one device connected seems to work all the time. After the code has been deployed all devices can be connected to PC. Using three instances of MFDeploy user can see the Debug output.
