Supports auto dependency resolution

Added feature to auto check for core dependencies on run command. We currently support auto resolution of grandeur-sdk, but next version of the cli will also support resolution of external dependencies.

• Compile Arduino code for ESP8266 and ESP32 microcontrollers without installing boards.
• Install libraries and track dependencies.
