Major Preanniversary Update and Qwertigraphy Update

This release includes major updates to the preanniversary dictionary:

• Added approximately 100 entries that were missing from the dictionary
• Corrected several typos in the longhand translations
• Improved and fixed the grascii for 400+ entries

Additionally, the qwertigraphy dictionaries were updated to codepoke-kk/qwertigraphy@a96d6d9.

Preanniversary and Qwertigraphy Updates

This release includes over 100 corrections to the preanniversary dictionary.

It also includes updates for the qwertigraphy dictionaries to codepoke-kk/qwertigraphy@5d7b14a.

Plus, with improvements to the conversion script, 99% of the qwertigraphy dictionary entries are successfully converted to valid Grascii.

On another note, as of this release, the dictionaries repository will be using YYYY.MM.DD calendar versioning.
