upgrade based on green-code-initiative/creedengo-javascript@3d14679

  • pom.xml upgrade to make the correction
  • upgrade sonar-packaging configuration and version
  • tests OK in local environment :
    • check Sonarqube strating logs (check if SHA1 ok for plugin)
    • check with real test project that all is ok
