In terms of coffee-script versions,
cson-parseris a special case because it has a production dependency on it. Which means that pinning the version has the unfortunate side-effect of forcing apps to either use this specific coffee-script version or have two copies of coffee-script in their dependency tree. Neither of which is great.Fixes #45
