What does this change?
This PR adds some functionality to write out a test file during both the
newandmigratecommands. This test file sits alongside the stack file and defines one snapshot test.This also lays the groundwork for some further work to generate the original snapshot based on the existing template when running the
migratecommand.How to test
Run the
newandmigratecommands and see the newly generated test file.How can we measure success?
