It would be great to compare DeepSomatic & ClairS output or to generate a consensus vcf using both

There is no Nanopore model available for now and the PacBio model is not expected to work on Nanopore
google/deepsomatic#12

The ONT model will be added in a future DeepSomatic release - No precise date for now
