This implements source phase imports for es-module-shims, via a new feature enable flag -
'source-phase'.Using WebAssembly modules with the source phase thus involves turning on two new features -
'source-phase'and'wasm-modules'(supported previously in #408).Support is added for both the static (
import source wasmSource from './test.wasm') and the dynamic forms (import.source('./test.wasm')).This PR pulls in and passes all the WPT tests for the ESM integration.
