Forgot video/mp4 in nginx-mime.types #1024

I did a diff between the mime.types with the newest nginx and the one included with HTML 5 boilerplate. All changes looked good, except there was the notable lack of the "video/mp4" mime type for the mp4 extension. Please add that in. Thanks!

Also, from what I've read it's recommended to also have .m4v files as video/mp4 mime type. Right now it's video/x-m4v.

Good catch!

Section 2 of RFC 4337 confirms the content type thing: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4337#section-2
