Some things done in the html5boilerplate.com repo, that need to be ported over:

• Use Gulp instead of Grunt (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@adef31f)
• Move inline js to seperated file (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@56ca846) (done in fd5a535)
• Get rid of jQuery dependency. (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@56ca846)
• Make build script compress resources using Zopfli (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@b9f938f)
• Make links open in a new tab on ctrl/cmd+click (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@4a2fea1)
• Fetch normalize.css using npm (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@bbb2609)
• Update the content from the .htaccess file (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@979888f)
• Add a web application manifest file (Add a web application manifest file html5boilerplate.com#133)

Closing this as mobile-boilerplate is deprecated and as a result this is not needed anymore.
