A recent PR reverted
react-leaflet-markerclusterdependency from v2.0.0-rc3 to 2.0.0. This ended up breaking the map since we're usingreact-leafletv2.6.1. Back toreact-leaflet-markerclusterv2.0.0-rc3 which is required forreact-leafletv2.0.0 and on.Edit: Also added 'Set 1' and 'Set 2' to the DistrictSelector labels to match #519
