Fixes #replace_this_text_with_the_issue_number

What changes did you make and why did you make them ?

  • I removed the zoom links from each recurring event on the root route
  • I created a new route for VRMS internal use with all recurring event data.
  • switched fetch to Get all recurring events to the new route
