Meeting Notes 2016.04.26

@rhynodesigns and @allella created a new tool to validate the homepage URLs for each meetup in the API. It uses the Guzzle 6 and basic PHP and visits and reads the homepages from the new URL at https://data.openupstate.org/rest/homepage-url-validation

The script is called from the command line, visits each homepage, and email a report every Monday at 7:25AM if URLs are found which do not return a status 200 OK.
