data-autoSlide="0" does not work for first slide #525

If autoSlide is initialised via Reveal.initialize() to some non-zero timeout, it can be overridden via data-autoSlide="0" on all but the first slide. The override does not appear to work on the first slide, the slide seems to always transition to the second slide.
