Code added in m_ruggedisation_update to address Issue #1 "Incomplete Specification for the Processing Method" Original folder 'm' (dated 14/09/2015) added to overwrite the previous update.

Additionally directory m added (which is the folder dated 14/09/2015) in order to negate the previous change.
