Deprecation warning because of new scoped hapi packages

Since all hapi packages are now hosted under the new hapi scope, we get a deprecation warning when installing hapi-pino, I prepared a pull request that fixes the issues and updates every package with the correct scoped version.

This is probably my first real pull request to an open source project so please let me know if I made any mistakes.
