The early (1980s) CLV discs like Falkland Task Force South have non-standard VBI information - instead of a full timecode, only the minutes elapsed is available. ld-process-vbi doesn't seem to recognise and decode this information.

Caused by two bugs, one in the VBI decoder library and another in ld-analyse's VBI dialogue
