[Feature] adding history for undelegation/delegation txs

Problem/limitation At Hand

Currently no tx history exists for delegation/undelegation. Most other POS chains that allow delegation have these on record so that they can be verified at any time. Even though this is supposed to work correctly, i am pretty sure this history will be needed at some point by the users of the chain, and besides this it will also help a lot with testing.

Proposed Solution

A history of these delegations/undelegations should be seen somewhere, onchain or offchain.
