  1. docker: introduce a new mount syntax 

    Introduce a new more-block friendly for specifying mounts:

```hcl
config {
  image = "..."

  mount {
    type = "..."
    target = "target-path"
    volume_options { ... }
  }
}
```

We introduce this as the current `mounts` require a list of mounts, that
`hcl2` doesn't allow to have a map syntax.
