The language server seems to work well from Emacs lsp-mode so far. I documented one issue that I ran into with autocomplete on resource blocks in #100.
This PR is to add usage instructions to USAGE.md. Usage may be easier in the future if lsp-mode supports terraform-ls automatically, but for now I think we need to register a new client ourselves.
