aws_athena_database fails to destroy if it contains tables #2362

According to the AWS Athena documentation, deleting a database containing tables will raise an error. This is certainly fine in some situations. But in some other cases, it might be desirable to delete the tables and thus prevent the error from taking place.
A potential solution to this issue would be to add a
force_destroy
field, similar to the one present inaws_s3_bucket
