Updated map for quicksight data set join operation

Description

In the current implementation the join instructions were not being picked up when creating a data set in quick sight.

Thanks for the fix, @morganchorlton3 - changes look great.

As a heads up, main is currently only merging breaking changes and deprecations in preparation for the v5.0.0 major release next week. I've added the v5.1.0 label so this can go into the first subsequent minor release, tentatively the week of 5/29. Thanks again!
