Fix typo: configueration -> configuration

Description

Fix one-character typo in ecs_cluster (originally added in ecbc4ff): configueration -> configuration

I have not touched the cdk documentation (which has the same typos), as my understanding is that those are generated automatically (per docs and #37798).
