A few fixes for
azurerm_iotcentral_application, and changing the Update method to prepare for #18589 as the old method wipes out Network Rule Set which is being added in the other prazurerm_iotcentral_application.skusupports Update, but was missing in the Update function, adding it there. (The update test didn't catch it because the sku in the updated test config is same as the default value.)ST0ofskuis missing in the doc ofazurerm_iotcentral_application, adding it thereazurerm_iotcentral_application.templatecannot be updated as described here, so changing it toForceNew. (The update api ignores the new value and doesn't throw an error)azurerm_iotcentral_applicationto cover the Update scenarios of its properties
