Import with b/{{bucket}}?projection=full does not work as expected. With google provider v3.22 I get following when importing with "?projection=full":

Without "?projection=full" import works as expected.

Good catch!
Since this PR is for a generated docs (see https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-google/blob/master/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md#autogenerated-resources) I can't upstream it exactly as-is, but I was able to figure out pretty quickly how to generate the right format (GoogleCloudPlatform/magic-modules#3552).
