Using roles/editor returns the following error:

Error: Error setting IAM policy for Bigtable Instance XXX/XXXbigtable-instance: googleapi: Error 400: Role (roles/editor) does not exist in the resource's hierarchy., badRequest

Using `roles/editor` returns the following error:
