@mpickering I have made some tweaks to the wording and markdown formatting.
I upgraded the difficulty to "Advanced" since while the the actual implementation might not be too daunting (perhaps it's just a matter of transcribing build plans and nix expressions), the design aspect of this proposal seems very hard.
We'll also need to have a mentor here. Can I put you down for that?
