Update readme

* The end of support for CentOS 7. That would require building newer LLVM for it and it's not worth, cuz it's EOL.
* Stop displaying Classic, which is EOL and shouldn't be used. Instead users should migrate to Basilisk or Pale Moon if they want XUL.
