Describe the bug
CLI is not initializing project with npm as package manager

next-forge version
I am using version next-forge 3.0.19

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
npx next-forge@latest init testname --package-manager npm

Expected behavior
project getting initialized

Hey, that was quick. Thanks, but now its failing at database setup stage while initializing as shown in the screenshot below.

@skev007 This should be fixed now. Turns out npm uses --workspace and not --filter.
