Learn about vigilant mode.
  • Removes support for macOS 10.10 and older. Version 1.0 will remain available for macOS 10.8 — 10.10.
  • Fixes read receipt alerts not being displayed on macOS 10.12 and newer.
  • Adds the ability to click the alert to open Messages to the conversation.
  • Integrates with Do Not Disturb. When DND is active, TypeStatus will not show alerts.
  • Changes to a simplified installer package. mySIMBL only supports tweaks installed system-wide (rather than per-user as with EasySIMBL), so you do need to authenticate as an admin to install TypeStatus.
