In the last commit that affected this file, the colors of tokyonight diagnostic undercurls got accidentally dropped. The effect was that those undercurls, instead of being red, yellow, blue or teal, had the color of the text above them.
Here we add the colors back in, fixing the looks of the diagnostic undercurls.
