I plan to drop bluebird, chai-as-promised and unit tests with callbacks.
bluebird is only used to promisify the fs API, which can be achieved using the native promisfy (supported in Node 8+).
Dropping Node 8 (in CI) as it's buggy in Windows. See #49 #50
