HiGHmed Process Plugins

This repository contains multiple Data Sharing Framework (DSF) process plugin used within the HiGHmed consortium and other organizations. For an overview on the DSF see our paper:

Data Sharing

The data sharing process plugin can be used to collect openEHR patient data from multiple organization and combine the data set include record linkage to find duplicate patients at a central trusted third party. For additional information see our papers:

Feasibility

With the feasibility process plugin patient counts can be performed across organizations including record linkage at a central Trusted Third Party. For additional information see our papers:

Feasibility MPC

Our feasibility MPC process plugin can be used to calculate patient counts across multiple organizations based on a multi party computation algorithm and without the need of a central coordinating or summarizing organization. For additional information see our paper:

Local Service

The local services process plugin is used to test local system integration at HiGHmed organizations.

Ping Process

The Ping process can be used to perform bidirectional communications tests between DSF instances.

Version 0.6.0 | DSF 0.7.0

Update Allow List

With the update allow list process plugin HiGHmed organization can manage update the HiGHmed specific allow list.

Update Resources

The update resources plugin is used during DSF development and allows for FHIR resource updates between DSF instances.
