I also think this is would be good if not just me who's able to do releases. You know, bus factor etc.

I'll add you to collaborators, but to release to the central you'll also need to register with Sonatype and get rights for the org.jvnet.ogc stagin profile on oss.sonatype.org. I think you'll need to file an issue for that - and I'll comment there that you should get the rights for ogc.jvnet.ogc.

I never got the maven-release-plugin to run correctly, so I finally developed a qrelease.bat release script which executes the whole release. This may around 1-2 hours.

For the Jsonix part, you'll need Node.js installed. Oh, there's also npm publish in deploy there so you'll also need rights to npm publish ogc-schemas. Not sure how it's done but we'll get it.
