Type of Sttp client?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to specify the type of Sttp client instances. Hovering over client in this line in a VSCode + Metals worksheet:

val client = SttpJdkURLClientBuilder.load((os.home / ".kube" / "scratch-config.yaml").toNIO)

shows this:

Expression type:

HttpClient[[_] =>> SttpF[Identity, _]]
Symbol signature:

val client: HttpClient[[_] =>> SttpF[Identity, _]]

Using that type signature doesn't seem to work, though. This fails to compile:

You can simply write HttpClient[Response]. For example:

import sttp.client3.Response
// Other imports

val client: HttpClient[Response] = SttpJdkURLClientBuilder.defaultConfig

[a01fe]
