Update all the packages, including two vulnerabilities -- one of which was a high-risk vulnerability in
html-minifier. It was unlikely that we'd ever hit it, but just to be safe I've replaced the vulnerable packagehtml-minifierwithhtml-minifier-terser, which is maintained.
