Adds a PY.cafe deployment guide.

Todo

  • Get the first reference examples working. Need help from @maartenbreddels.
  • Add more reference examples to test that things are now working.
  • Move examples to Panel account and update links. Need help from @philippjfr to create account.
  • Add links from tutorials
  • Make Panel available on Py.Cafe @maartenbreddels
  • Add one or more screenshots

This https://py.cafe/MarcSkovMadsen/basic-drawdata example is not able to install. I don't understand if it has something todo with PY.CAFE or is unrelated @maartenbreddels?

Next step for me is to move examples to a Panel user. I need help to access password manager from @philippjfr. See question in HoloViz dev discord channel.
