Describe the bug
If user doesn’t add a secondary hashtag, the activity section keeps loading forever.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Go to partner's page'
  2. Create project with no secondary hashtags
  3. See activity section of statistics
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The activities should load for primary hashtags.
