Current Behavior

When attempting to associate a product with the cycle count app that is not linked to any facility, an error occurs during the upload process, preventing successful completion of the cycle count.

Expected Behavior

The product should be successfully uploaded to the cycle count app, and the inventory count for that product within the specified facility should be appropriately increased in HotWax.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Add a product that is not associated with any facility.
Perform an inventory count for the product.
Save the updated inventory count.
Attempt to upload the saved inventory count from the upload page.
Observe the error encountered during the upload process due to the unassociated product.
