Thanks for this PR. I never used and checked the actions builds. Create our own versioning with own version numbers is a good idea. |

This patch changes the output filenames of the github actions.
Tested on my fork, works good.
Additionally, to receive the binary files with the correct content, this project has to create its own tags which will result in releases with the correct content. Maybe its also necessary to delete the tags coming from upstream tbnobody/OpenDTU
