http-serverhas always intended to be a simple HTTP server, usingecstaticas its core. On the other hand,ecstatichad striven to be a full library, providing a wide range of functionality. Much of this functionality is irrelevant tohttp-server, but #693 has internalized it all. This PR serves as a focal point for removing the unused parts ofecstatic, ensuringhttp-serverstays true to its roots.
