http-server has always intended to be a simple HTTP server, using ecstatic as its core. On the other hand, ecstatic had striven to be a full library, providing a wide range of functionality. Much of this functionality is irrelevant to http-server, but #693 has internalized it all. This PR serves as a focal point for removing the unused parts of ecstatic, ensuring http-server stays true to its roots.
