Version 2.2.0-alpha

First alpha release using Telekom's new API.

It displays the menu structure as provided by the webservice and loads a maximum of 10 pages (~100 items). Future versions will reorganize the feed for a better menu structure.

This alpha-release is only roughly tested and marked unstable. I released it because Telekom (or their provider Laola.tv) neglects the old API which causes some game streams not to work. With this alpha, basketball fans might still be able to watch those streams in Kodi.
